(“LCC”) is the licensee of KHOY 88.1 and is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience possible. This Statement of Privacy applies to the KHOY.org web site and the KHOY Smartphone APP and governs data collection and usage. By using the KHOY.org web site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

“LCC” collects information supplied by you in email communications. It does not collect other personal information such as your home or work address, or telephone number. “LCC” also may collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your City, State and ZIP code.
